How do payouts work for merchants and providers?

Streetside uses a transparent weekly payout system:

Payment Collection

Cash on Delivery - Drivers collect cash and transfer to you in the weekly payoutOnline Payments - Funds are held securely until delivery is complete

Commission & Fees

Streetside charges a service fee per order (typically 12-18% depending on your plan). Delivery fees go to drivers. You keep the rest.

Payout Schedule

Payouts are processed every Monday for the previous week's completed ordersBank transfers arrive within 2-3 business daysView detailed earnings reports in your Admin Panel

Service providers on Agutify receive payment 24 hours after job completion and customer confirmation.

What if I need to cancel or modify my order?

Order changes depend on the current status:

Before Merchant Accepts

You can cancel with full refund (if paid online) or no charge (COD).

After Merchant Accepts

Contact the merchant via in-app chat or phone. Small modifications may be possible. Cancellations may incur a preparation fee (typically 10-20% of order value).

Out for Delivery

No cancellation or modification allowed at this stage. If there's an issue with the order upon arrival, contact support for resolution.

For service bookings on Agutify, cancellations up to 4 hours before the appointment are free. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.

Can I track my order in real-time?

Yes! Streetside provides live tracking for all orders:

Order Placed - Confirmation sent to merchantAccepted - Merchant confirms and starts preparingReady for Pickup - Driver is assignedOn the Way - See driver's live GPS location on the mapDelivered - OTP verified, enjoy your order!

You'll receive push notifications for each status change. You can also contact your driver directly via the app if needed.

How do I join as a service provider on Agutify?

Agutify connects skilled professionals with customers needing home services, repairs, wellness, and more. Here's how to get started:

Click 'Become a Provider' and select your service category (cleaning, plumbing, wellness, etc.)Complete your profile with experience, certifications, and portfolio photosSubmit background check documents (required for trust and safety)Set your service areas and availabilityDefine your rates (hourly or per-job pricing)Once verified, you'll start receiving booking requests

Payments are held in secure escrow until job completion. Verified providers with good reviews get priority visibility.

You can launch your store in as little as 24 hours. Weekly payouts are deposited directly to your bank account.

How do I upload a prescription for pharmacy orders?

For prescription medications, follow this secure verification process:

Select the pharmacy in your zoneBrowse items or use the prescription upload optionTake a clear photo of your prescription (make sure text is readable)Upload the image and submit your requestA licensed pharmacist will review and send you a price quoteApprove the quote and complete paymentYour order is prepared and delivered discreetly

This ensures safety and regulatory compliance. Most prescription reviews are completed within 30 minutes during business hours.

How does zone-based delivery work?

Streetside operates using geographic zones throughout Belize to ensure fast and reliable delivery:

When you enter your delivery address, our system automatically detects which zone you're in. You'll only see merchants and service providers that operate in your zone, ensuring realistic delivery times and availability.

What payment methods do you accept?
